Here at St Mary’s we value continuing Christian development to encourage one another to deepen our faith, explore ethical and spiritual issues, and to develop a Christ-like character through Bible study.
We regularly run a variety of courses, usually in the Spring (during Lent) and in Autumn.
- In 2024 we ran the Hope Explored and Discipleship Explored courses from the Christianity Explored group
- In 2023 we ran the Alpha Course
- Past courses have included:
- Michael Bennett’s Christianity Explained & Discipleship Explained,
- Adam Hamilton’s Christmas course Not a Silent Night,
- Simon Reed’s Followers of the Way.
